The 90-day period begins on the date the applicable order is delivered.

Customers who are not satisfied with an eligible purchase may request a return within this period in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

For voluntary returns based solely on preference or change of mind, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

However, purchases made through our Store are transactions made directly with HangWell, not with Shopify.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for claims, damages, or liabilities arising solely from products purchased directly from HangWell.
